Do you have a rewards program?
We are in the process of developing a rewards program to show our appreciation for our loyal customers. We can't wait to share more details with you as our rewards program takes shape. Keep an eye out for updates, and get ready to be rewarded!
What is your process for resolving disputes or complaints?
At Coh Dekor we take complaints seriously. If you have any issues about a product or delivery. Please contact as as soon as possible. We will respond to urgent matters within a timely manner.
Orders
Does Coh Dekor offer local pick ups?
This is something we cannot offer. Unfortunately our stock is held in various locations across Australia and with some exceptions, in others parts of the world.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
We want to make sure that you're always in the loop when it comes to your order. That's why we send out a follow-up email to confirm your order and provide you with a tracking number. This email should arrive in your inbox within 2-4 business days of placing your order. Sometimes these emails can end up in the junk/spam section. If you don't receive a follow-up email from us within the expected time frame, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We'll jump into action right away and track down your order to make sure everything is on track.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders generally take 2-4 days to be processed ready for delivery. Once your package is collected by the courier, you should receive it within 12-18 days. However, there can be a number of issues that may effect delivery. If for any reason your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, then please contact us and we will endeavour to follow this up.
Shipping & Deliveries
How much does shipping cost?
We provide a standard rate across all products. Depending on your location, our shipping ranges from $15-$30. Our shipping rates are outlined in a shipping policy.
Do you ship to P.O Boxes?
We do not ship to P.O Boxes. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Do you offer international shipping?
We do not offer international shipping at this stage. We only ship within Australia to residential addresses.
Refunds & Returns
Do you have a change of mind policy?
If you require a change a mind we offer a store credit/gift card on products. To qualify for the return, you will need to email us at hello@cohdekor.com.au. The product must be unused, unopened and in it's original packaging. You will be required to cover the cost of the the shipping. Please ensure that product is packed well to avoid any breakage or damages during transit. Once we have received the item and inspected that it is in it's original condition, you will be issued with your store credit/gift card to the value of the product minus a restocking fee. The restocking fee will vary from supplier to supplier. We will advise you of this amount upon contact. Unfortunately, you will need to wear the cost of any broken items.
What if the package has arrived damaged?
In an unlikely event that your package arrives damaged or broken, please email us at hello@cohdekor.com.au as soon as you receive your order. You will need to include your full name, order number and relevant images or videos. Damages that occur as a result in misuse or general wear and tear will not be refunded.
